Got our Strive Nutrients in today!

Super excited to get some actual good nutes in the girls. Weve been using Dr. Earths 1-1-1 this whole time, gonna start the new feed saturday! Any tips?

Hello, a lot of this will be a repeat of what I have shared in the past, but I guess this is a good thread to compile the knowledge into.

I would suggest not going over half dose/half strength. Maybe start with 1/3 dose. See charts below.

1/4 strength = PPM: 290 / EC: 0.58 - Good for early stages of veg

1/3 strength = PPM: 360 / EC: 0.73 - Good for later stages of veg, or if your run off PPM/EC is too high, you can feed at this strength until it normalizes

1/2 strength = PPM: 570 / EC: 1.13 - Good for later stages of veg & Flower

pH up: I use Potassium Silicate to adjust the pH up, but you can use the TNB pH up product.

pH Down: I use liquid kelp extract to pH down, but you can use the TNB pH Down product.

Weighing out the nutrients: Use a small digital scale and a shot glass to measure out the nutrients.

Mixing the nutrients: The Part A does take a while to completely dissolve, but the Part B dissolved very quickly. I used to mix the Part A by hand, but now I use a blender.

Awesome news, excited to see how this works out. Didn’t know Dr earth had a 1-1-1.

I bought the Dr. Earth about 2ish years ago. Its in a small pump bottle. My new growth started to yellow a bit and the Dr. Earth did help a little, just doesnt have everything the girls need!

How did strive nutrients work out for you? I’m just starting to use at 25% strength. Curious on anyone else’s opinions on the matter.
