I don’t do autos but if my photos were at that stage at the 2 week mark I would not be concerned about them.

The pots are also quite small, or am I mistaken?

Yes they are small plastic pots and I had 6 to a tray which was deep. So the roots didn’t get no air flow. The soil was a mix of two different kinds of mulch and Sunshine Mix #4. I wanted to keep them small so I could hunt through them.
