10th week of flowering time.

Could you help me with when the best harvest time is. I don’t know enough about it. Taken with a microscope light and without, just with the grow tent light.

What strain is this and is it Sativa or Indica? It looks like it will take another 2? weeks, do you have a magnifying glass or microscope to get a better look at the trichomes on the buds?

Zoom in on the trichomes directly on the buds ( calyxes / flower calyxes ), the leaves are ripe first, but those are uninteresting.

@herr_gruen strangely enough I can’t seem to get better pictures even though it’s the best microscope that many others use as well, which I just don’t understand. Either the app I use isn’t that good when I connect the microscope, otherwise I have no idea since I can get really close to the leaves.

Personally, I would say wait until 20% amber color is present, then you get an indica high.

There are definitely still a lot of clear trichomes, at least a bit of amber/clear and the rest white would be a sativa high.

I couldn’t tell you how long, but more than a week, there shouldn’t be any clear ones, maybe someone else can be more precise.
I harvested like this, just so you can see that there are no clear ones, but it’s to my taste, just that, for me, if there are clear ones it’s not ready

It has a lot of milky trichomes, it looks really beautiful. What are you looking for, something more sedative or something more relaxing?

@loveweed Stoned, as well as relaxing, because I also have quite a bit of pain and use fentanyl patches, I want to replace them with the cannabis plant. Because I prefer to trust natural remedies like cannabis rather than the pharmaceutical industry.

You could wait until they have a certain percentage of amber and milky, so you’ll have a bit of both. I also noticed that your plants stretched, or is it just the perspective of the photo, or am I wrong?
