How big is the grow space and how much is taken up by the plants, both vertical and horizontal? If the bottom 3rd is taken up its time to flip. If it’s nearly touching on all sides that too would indicate it’s time to flip. Pot size can also play a big role. If the size of the plants is roughly the same as the pot size, you should flip so it doesn’t get root bound during stretch.
