2nd grow ever

Hey guys, this is second grow ever and my first time using grow dots. I also got a second light as I think my 1st grow really struggled due to the light not being strong enough. The strain is chocolate zkittlez, vegged for 6 weeks, starting the mainline around week 3.

I flipped her 8 days ago and increased the ppfd to 550-600. Today I’ve done a heavy defoliation and increased the ppfd to 650-720. Is this too much? Also have I defoliated too much? Any advice or feedback would be great.

welcome to the community and well done with the training the plant looks nice and healthy. as far as your lighting question i think your around the higher end of the spectrum which isnt a bad thing. i would just keep an eye on the leaves for any tacoing or if they get dry/burnt up but that all depends on how that strain responds so i wouldnt stress it for now unless ya see abnormalities happening. other than that your doing a great job and if ya have any questions or concerns dont hesitate to ask the community as there are lots of amazing people here willing and happy to help
