Aircube - Ebb n Flow 1st grow

If you need any help with it let me know. I’ve been running mine for a couple years now and absolutely love the system.

So, I harvested 1 of my plants…seems like the water wasn’t going up high enough or is these roots at the bottom normal? Or, what did I do wrong?
