How do you take care for weed that you just found growing in your backyard

Thats a male plant. You not getting any flower from that.

Just like any weed you find in your garden, you simply remove it. In all seriousness that’s a male plant so unless you wanna ruin your neighbours’ lifes or have a female and want to make seeds I suggest you to kill that plant.
