I’d wait a week or so for the roots to fully settle in. Technically you could do it now but it might not hold the dirt together.

As @Andy_420 mentioned to you in another post, it has all the appearance of overwatering: droopy and sad leaves, the top substrate is soaked, the leaf damage appears due to root damage and/or lockouts. I would try to keep the substrate less wet and, since no deficiencies are visible, no fertilizers.
