As you can see, they’re a few days old now and I think in a week I’ll switch them to flowering. I’ve been growing outdoors for years and decided to grow indoors to have better climate control. I’m a vaper and I’m looking for quality for my vape so I never run out. I really like having a bit of variety—having several options and tasting them at different temperatures is awesome. I have my private log and AI introduced me to this great site that I’m getting to know, and I hope to resolve questions and help as much as possible.

Welcome to the community @terrona2008 . That looks really good, what strain are you growing?
Bruce Baner feminized
I’m really curious to see, I had the Fast Version of it, but mine didn’t germinate.
Welcome friend, everything looks great, I currently have a Bruce Banner Fast that I switched to 12-12 2 days ago, it’s looking good too
If it oscillates, a low power to move them so it makes the branches stronger; if it doesn’t rotate, it should only point at a wall, or at the space between the tops and the lights. If the fan blows on them continuously, the leaves transpire too much and the roots can’t keep up, so they get stressed from not being able to drink as much water as they lose through the leaves.
I have it oscillating and at speed 1,
I have another question, I hope I’m not boring you or being annoying, I read a lot and instead of clearing up my doubts I have more, my grow tent is 1x1x2, I have 9 x 7 L pots, I would prefer to have fewer pots and I’m going to buy fabric ones, which would be better: 4 x 20 L with LST or 6 x 11 L?? I have an extensible SCROG net from 80 to 1.20, I also read around about CalMag and I don’t want it to catch me by surprise, should I pick some up and start using it??, I use 45 liters of universal substrate, 10 L of worm castings, 10 L of perlite, and two handfuls of clay pebbles at the bottom of the pot, although the plants have a green color with no visible deficiencies at 32 days watering with plain water at pH 6.2 and EC 0.36, and once a week steeping about 100 grams of julienned aloe vera for an hour or so before watering.
I have.
Biocanabiun growth ready in case they need help before reaching flowering, and for later, Biobizz bloom and Bloombastic. The big question: do I need CalMag???
Outdoors I never used CalMag
Welcome to the community ![]()
I would go for 4 / 20 L pots if you ask me ![]()
I would also always recommend having some CalMag on hand in case the plants react too strongly to the LEDs
Happy Grow n Flow
That’s what I’ll do, I’ll buy 4 20-liter fabric ones.
I currently have 4 air pots with 12 L. Which is okay, but I can tell the ladies would have liked more. That’s why in my new run I’m also going with 3x 20L fabric pots ![]()
Today I raised their PPFD to 280
24/10 ( day - 37 )
watering - no
ecow - ecowitt 27 %
Temp - 21 65%
Soil temp 22.4 - 60%
If all goes well, I’ll water on Monday and switch to flowering on Tuesday. What do you think @herr_gruen
Looks good, excited to see how they do during the stretch. Your Sea of Green will fill up your tent nicely. If I remember correctly, you fertilize organically, so 27% moisture is a bit low for the substrate. Try to keep it between 40-60% to keep your soil life active.
The sensor I use is calibrated, it loses 1% per day, my minimum for watering is
24%, with 300 ml it goes up to 30%. Since the 7.5 L pots have worm castings, I want to avoid losing runoff water so it doesn’t wash away the nutrients. By adjusting the watering, it loses a minimal amount of water and not in all pots. At 36 days, focusing watering on the Ecowitt sensor percentage and seeing the health of the plants, I think my percentage is right on target. Previously, I calibrated the sensor by checking its percentage before and after watering, and also with the stick test technique and checking moisture and weight.
Factory calibration says 0 or 1% is dry and 100% is immersed in liquid.
Then that seems to be correct, I use different sensors. You’re doing it right, with organic growing, drain is not desired.![]()
Hello, a quick question: today I’m switching to flowering and I have an Agrolite 320W LED at 60% at 320 PPFD. They’ve already had their first 12/12 cycle and when they woke up I increased it to 380 PPFD. I want to increase it by 50 every two days until I get to 500 or so before the day 21 cleanup.
Another thing, yesterday I gave them their 1st feed with CalMag and Biocannabium, an EC of 0.50 with CalMag and 1.3 with Bio, about 350 ml, pH 6.2 per pot. It’s going well, the plants look fine to me. Some of them (not all) started turning a bit brown on the tips and edges of some leaves, so I fed them. The next watering will be with CalMag only at an EC of 0.50, and the following one with CalMag, Biobizz Grow, and Biobizz
Bloom at half of what the manufacturer specifies. What do you think?
Brown tips show too many nutrients. Just give it water for a couple of times. Then start feeding at half the dose and increase slowly. You can burn up your leaves pretty quickly. Happy growing.
Thanks for the observation, it was a deficiency, it’s already been corrected, the new leaves seem to be fine.
