Today I got down to cooking for the second time and made fresh cannabutter.

In the next few days, Granita Cookies will be baked.

@SmartPlants
Renovation and pretty much a Christmas clean all in one.
Moved furniture around and partly dismantled it to have everything fresh again.

I don’t know if you can see a bit of shine and glitter on the wall.
And finally sleeping and lying in bed again.
Then today shoots had to be tucked under the net again.
Mexican Sativa , flowering day 6 today

Keep them at the net for another 2 - 3 days and then I’ll let them come up.

Brutal, 2.5 l of water in the pot and another 800 ml into the saucer.
And the saucer is dry again.
In the 18 l pot !
So tomorrow the amount of water will be increased again for all of them.
Have a spooky time and Happy Halloween everyone !

I watch over my herb.
Greetings from Pflanzenpaule

Good morning all plant friends, Lee Cronin’s The Mummy is highly recommended.
I thought it was just an awesome, amazing movie.
Halloween is over again now, I’m coughing the gunk out of my bronchial tubes.
Nice to read that you like the Mexican. I really like it too.
She’s in Bio Tabs super soil.
And I even have some treats ready for the lady.
So I’ll take advantage of the quiet this afternoon and read through when I give what and how.
They shouldn’t just produce a lot of buds, but a lot of thick buds too.
And this time I’ll go with more amber again and go into the tenth week of flowering.
Personally, with the two predecessors, the one with more amber simply had the more intense aroma.
However, with the thick, firm, dense buds, bud rot is also more prone at the end.
But wintertime plays into my hands here.
The air is a bit drier because of the heating.
Now only the corners are free on the SCROG.
But today, flowering day 7, the first week is already coming to an end.
And the stretch doesn’t last forever.
Time to let the shoots grow up higher.
On day 20, the legs will be shaved below the net and the light underneath turned on.
I’ll leave that off during the stretch so as not to disturb the upward growth.
In a moment I’ll give it a bit more light first and turn the dimmer up to 90% at a 40 cm distance.
And I put 5 pots, 2 x 18 L and 3 x 25 L, into a 120 x 120 tent.
One of them already fills 90 x 90.
Unfortunately I can’t set up a 500 x 500 tent. :joy:
But that’s just how it is with purely organic!
It’s better if the pots hold a bit more soil. So that the soil life stays stable.
And the Sherbet Queen gets so brutally big and wide.

Today is Flowering Day 8, the first hairs are visible, and I tucked a few shoots under the net.

They are still getting pure rainwater, which agrees with them very well. I’m curious to see when the first deficiencies will show; today is day 37 since they emerged from the soil.
The Royal — the seed was light-colored and cracked ( maybe I should have discarded it ) — initially showed three shoots per node and then suddenly shifted to growing only one shoot per node. Who knows, maybe I should discard it; since the Candy in the foreground is blowing up so awesome, I can fill the net on the left side just with her. The Permanent Marker and Kush Mint are growing very compact. However, both are barely half the height compared to the Candy. I had to elevate both pots by 20 cm to get a uniform height.
In the small lab, the top of the Fat Bastard was bent to the side with a clip today. I marked the side shoot underneath with a Velcro strap and started reversing it. In addition, I started reducing the light period by half an hour today. From now on, the shoot will be treated daily, and the lighting will be reduced by half an hour day by day. Looking at it this way, I should start flowering in the small lab next Sunday. Right now it looks like this

Front right is the Fat Bastard; she was fimmed and looks like she’s getting three main shoots. Back right is the Bubble Gum Sherb, also fimmed with three main shoots. On her, the topmost side shoots were topped, and today the already topped shoots were topped again. Finally, on the left side, the Kush Mint, also fimmed and seems to be getting three main shoots as well. Here too, they’ve only had rainwater for 37 days ( and 49 days for the Bubble Gum Sherb ), still no signs of deficiencies here either.
Now all that’s left is to hope that the three don’t get too big for me. I’ll probably have to work with supercropping and multiple topping this time to keep them all under control.

That’s it for now, wishing everyone a nice Sunday

Little Mellowz is doing fine on day 3.
Slightly slower since it’s not quite as warm, but she’s coming along.

Nice progress from both of you
@herr_gruen and @Pflanzenpaul

I haven’t watched TV for about 3 years :face_with_peeking_eye: feel free without the visual influence of television :folded_hands:t3:
But I understand any hype around good movies or series if you get into it

On the side, I’m curing the failed grows of Jelly Cake and Pineapple Kush without logs

Since they were harvested earlier, these will be more about taste than effect :folded_hands:t3:

Have a nice evening everyone

I can totally relate to the TV thing; in my eyes, it’s the #1 dumbing-down machine for the masses. I also went without it for years, but my wife and kids like to watch every now and then. I prefer books or documentaries, where you can actually still learn something. If we’re being completely honest, there’s nothing good on broadcast TV anymore, let alone the never-ending commercials :face_vomiting:.

Good evening everyone:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

@herr_gruen @SmartPlants

I can totally relate to the TV thing as well.

In the last 3 years I’ve turned mine on maybe 10 times, you actually feel freer, hanging out in front of the TV somehow feels like wasted time.

When I look at your plants, my fingers are itching:grin:

But this time I’m taking a break until the new grow room is finished.

Best regards and have a nice Sunday everyone.:grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Good morning worries, and I hope the new week started off better for all of you.
On 1.2.26 I ordered these UIS transmitter/receivers for running the AC Infinity devices wirelessly.
This morning during my morning check of the values in Environment 2, I noticed that the humidifier no longer had a stable connection to the controller.
One moment the port was connected, and then not.
Back and forth, and yesterday evening everything was still fine.
The fact that something like this shows defects after just 8/9 months is crazy, especially since the environment wasn’t in continuous operation.
And it’s definitely the transmitter or receiver, because first I turned off the humidifier. Unplugged the things and plugged them back in. When the humidifier was back on, the problem remained.
Only the UIS cable restored a stable connection.
Fortunately, the whole thing had no effect on the climate because the Mexican alone provides plenty of humidity.
Now here we go again.
Document, record a video of the problem, and claim warranty.
This is the second one now!
Makes you think, because quality looks different.
It would be even more annoying if the warranty had just expired.
Later there will be a look inside the tents. Checking soil moisture and possibly watering.
Pictures from yesterday, Tent 1, Flowering day 3

Here’s a shot inside the Strawberry.

Nice strong stems.
Overall it has gotten very dense.
There wouldn’t be any room left for the Mexican.
And this is how she stands in Tent 2.

Yesterday I took out 2 fan leaves at the bottom to get better access for watering. And every day there are shoots that need to be tucked back into the net.
Yesterday was Flowering day 7, so today the second week of flowering has started.
So today forcing shoots into the net once more, and starting tomorrow I’ll let everything grow upwards.
Plus a little boost, Bio Tabs PK 5-8.
A little refresh of Orgatrex and Bactrex is also coming up.
I’ll stay well below the instructions, though, because there’s already a sufficient base supply anyway.
With that, happy growing to everyone!
